Our room at Quest was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The spaciousness of the room was excellent, great to move around freely. The location was convenient and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to everything you need. It is situated right next to a hospital, which was very convenient for me as I was working there. there is a small shopping centre within close walking distance, where you can find various shops and cafes to explore.
The hotel could improve on the water pressure in the bathroom.

We had a great stay here for business in the area. The hotel is conveniently located close to a hospital where I was working, making it easy for me to get to and from work. The staff were friendly and professional, and Keiren the manager was especially helpful. The room amenities were great, including the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and the free toiletries. The hotel also offered room service, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping services, making our stay much more hassle-free.

Cleanliness: The room was very clean and well-maintained. Location: Conveniently located within walking distance of the norwest private hospital and close to everything you need. Hotel facilities: The amenities were great, including a grocery store and a wine/spirits store steps away, as well as a fantastic and affordable on-site restaurant. Staff: The staff was friendly and accommodating, great to arrive early and providing a free room upgrade.
